Les océans de Sea of Thieves inonderont la PS5 en avril et ils le feront avec le jeu croisé

The oceans of Sea of Thieves will flood the PS5 in April and they will do it with cross-play

This was the last match remaining to be announced by the quartet of Xbox exclusives and it was finally revealed. Microsoft revealed last week that a handful of its titles would land on new platforms, with Grounded, Pentiment and Hi-Fi Rush being chosen to come to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation.

Now it’s the turn of Sea of Thieves, Rare’s work which will only land on PS5, which is why the Nintendo console and PS4 are excluded from the equation. It will do so on April 30 and from tomorrow, February 22, it can be marked at will on our PlayStation Store list.

One of the best news is that the title will arrive with the crossplay function included, which means that the more than 35 million Xbox, PlayStation and PC players will be able to enjoy no problem. This is precisely the magic behind Sea of Thieves since the dynamic behind its gameplay involves collaborating with friends to become a wolf of the seven seas.

"You can stop asking now," read the message with which the official account on X/Twitter announced the launch on PS5, since recent days have been filled with messages asking for more information. It was in 2020 that the final version of the title became reality and since then it has received a lot of praise, among other reasons for collaborations as powerful as with Jack Sparrow o Monkey Island.
